A couple of bars in the center have closed down. A couple of cafes are open mainly used by the locals. There is a small super market and a pharmacy. Two excellent restaurants within walking distance. First the Alati, great staff, bingo on Mondays (if that is your thing) very popular with the British ex-pats. Sometimes live music. The Londos Perasma, great food, gets busy. A market on Sundays.

From the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen, everything was just right. I can honestly say that staying here felt like a home away from home.
