We really had a great stay. Such a nice idea to check-in here if you have a long layover. The staff Rojilyn, Dipak, Dave, Drew & Chandra are well educated. This is such a recommendable lounge!

Very clean, comfortable, spacious, quite so that u can sleep well. I stay alone but I book a room for 2 people because I want a spacious place for some yoga stretchings in long transit (I have a 13-hour of transit) 😂 2. Staffs are super friendly, they have room-calling service for checkout 3. Guests are provided with free beverages (you can drink as many as you want): cold water, sparkling water, tea, Coca, Pepsi, coffee, hot water, etc 4. I also used the shower service, very clean and comfortable, there is a Dyson hairdryer (1st time using and I’m totally in love with it 😂), they also provide towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hot-cold water

The pool side is the place were we had our most time and big thanks for Mr Bincent the director of pool he is so professional and he make sure we and everyone over there are enjoying every moment of the facilities and activities, he is the right man in the right place following with our dinner was amazing at the restaurant the staff is so helpful and can deal with everything under pressure so good and help with big smile Ahmad and DG they was making sure we are enjoying our meals finally I highly recommend this hotel as a best place to enjoy a pleasant relaxing stay for all occasions best Hotel and Rixos is the Best OverAll ❤️
