I was traveling with my 2 dogs to attend the AKC National Agility Championships. The location was perfect, about 6 minutes from the fairgrounds and restaurants on back roads. The room was super cute and clean. The refrigerator, microwave and TV worked well. There was a nice potty area for the dogs. Wal Mart was a 3 minute drive for forgotten supplies.

None of the staff understood or spoke English except the front desk ladies. 3rd floor hallway strongly smelled like food cooking and garlicky and it permeated into our room. Halls and elevator very hot and musty. Air unit was very loud disturbing sleep at night, bathroom door would not stay open and was hot, not enough handicap parking and my husband is a disabled veteran and had to park out to the curb. Shower/tub had scum in corner. Vending machines stayed empty whole time we were there. I will not stay there again, and I will not recommend it to anyone else.

The Front Desk Clerk at the BW Bradbury Suites recommended The Swanson for dinner. We took her suggestion and had a very memorable dinner in this Victorian Home in the historic district of downtown Perry. This restaurant was elegant! Table linen, fresh flowers on each table and a selection of wonderful southern dishes that were fresh, hot and tasty. The directions from the hotel seemed confusing to an out-of-towner but were perfect. after being in the car all day we didn't fell as though we were dressed appropriately but in watching others it was casual. Local people were very conversational. Outstanding service, quality, and VERY affordable.

The couple that was running the Inn were the rudest people I have encountered in my many hotel experiences! They charged me $25.00 for my service animal because they said that I was trying to hide him! I by law do not have to inform the hotel if I have a service animal because they are NOT A PET! Instead of being professional and asking me, they just charged my card $25.00!! When I asked why I had an extra charge on my card they were extremely rude and in my opinion have no business running one of your hotels! I don't owe them ANYTHING! Being a paying customer you would think that they would treat their guests nicer, instead of acting like they were doing me a favor by renting me 2 rooms!

The hotel was good for the money.
The hotel was good for the money. The beds were comfy, the AC worked very well. It was very quiet in the area.
The room itself was clean and sufficient. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger. The shower worked well, however the tub part would not hold water.
Not sure if the pool was opened or not. Could have been a few more towels and toiletry items being that there was no housekeeping during stay due to covid.
Other than that, I would stay there again due to the price.
If you are looking for a great hotel and a good location, this is definitely your choice. I use to travel in that area at least every other month and would stay at this hotel frequently but then I moved out of state 3 years ago. So it has been a while since I was again in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that Hotel had maintained its excellent accommodations. The staff was the same, very friendly and helpful and the rooms were still excellent and comfortable!
They had a bathtub and breakfast where I could sit down inside... all these fancy and expensive hotels like Hampton inn are charging an arm and a leg and they can’t even give you breakfast except in a brown bag... this was the cheapest and well equipped hotel I stayed at all summer and that was across the country! Great breakfast and they didn’t cut corners on it!!!
We needed to be close to the fairground. 8-10 minutes walk. Loved the pool as it was so hot. Staff were friendly and professional. Beds were comfortable. Cheap washer and dryer and we appreciated the complimentary laundry liquid. Cracker barrel and waffle house right next door. Plenty of parking. Price reflected the property and facilities. We stayed 9 days.
Met friends at this location, all staying in the same hotel. A total of 3 rooms were rented, but every one of the rooms had serious issues with cleanliness, broken refrigerators and air conditioners. One party changed rooms at least 3 times and the others changed rooms at least once.
The room.wqs very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and accommodated our request for a room on the side away from the highway.
Breakfast was.good for a hotel.breakfast. the coffee was hot too.
No complaints!
I loved the lobby. I think it kinda set the mood of the hotel right away. I also liked the room. It was a pleasant surprise. Like I said the hotel was cheaper than the others so that's kinda why I was on Bookings.com. It's what I hope to find when I save money! Thanks
My husband and I stayed there for a dog sport event with our two Standard Poodles. The room, lobby, hotel grounds were clean, and the staff was very friendly. We were close to the fair grounds, and surrounding restaurants.
Location was Awesome walking distance to Walmart Burger King Sonny's BBQ etc very pet friendly, price was very good , very helpful and friendly staf , Older Hotel but well maintained , room 609 walk in shower awesome
The staff was very pleasant, the place was clean, cozy and convenient to the desire places me and my family needed to get to. Also the hotel is well situated around a lot of eateries.
I did not expect this hotel to be this nice. It was clean and exactly as described. Checking in was wonderful as the young lady was kind and a pleasure to speak with.
I like the front desk staff. She was kind and helpful. She welcomed me with a smile and was knowledgeable and professional. The hotel is quiet enough to get rest.
