Sophia patiently answered all our questions and provided us with restaurant recommendations, as well as setting up reservations. The room furnishings are all top quality. The ski room set-up makes getting your gear on and getting out on the slopes a breeze. Small details such as having an automatic door at the ski room exit (very useful when you're carrying skis & poles) make Chalet Anna Maria an exceptional place to stay when skiing in the Arlberg region.
