It is brand new, with only 4 apartments in the entire building, has a semi-private pool in perfect condition (shared by 3 of the 4 apartments), the best accommodation one could ask for. The living room of the 2 bedroom apartment has a spectacular view of Parga bay and a generous terrace to spend relaxing mornings and evenings. The apartment is furnished with impeccable taste and it is spotless clean and in pristine condition. There are free tea and coffee tabs (replenished daily), quality toiletries, slippers, bathrobes and pool towels. There is only one beach within walking distance (Lichnos, about 25 minutes away), but you can quickly get to a few others by car. Also a couple of great options for lunch and dinner nearby and Parga is only minutes away.
