Comfortable and clean room with all the basic needs, I appreciate the fact that I could get a good rest. The place at the rooftop offers a small breakfast and you have access to laundry if needed. The building is conveniently located near all forms of transportation (metro, tram, bus) to move around all over Milan and just 15 mins away from Linate Airport by taxi. The best is their personnel, they were always nice and helped me to arrange a taxi very early morning the day I was leaving.

Very nice location. Highly hygienic and cleanness maintained in rooms and surroundings. The working staff are highly helpful. Kitchen facilities are extremely good. Overall excellent.

Very welcoming reception. Perfect accommodation for us: Clean, very spacious, balcony view was amazing. Comfortable and had parking (for a fee). Take the 5 tram from around the corner to get into Milan centre easily. Cafe around the corner for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

You got all the facilities you need, clean, really helpful staff. The location is at 10 minutes away from the metro station Porta Romana which is great. Near the location you can find 2 carrefour makets and one Conads. I would definitely come here again!

The room was perfect for two, it was clean and with all necessary facilities. Kitchen was good equipped, the location is also great, pretty neighborhood. check in was online, but went without problems.

Lovely boutique apartment hotel in a building over one of Milan's big square. When you come in it's just a small anonymous door and an old and small (but well maintained and perfectly functioning) two-doors elevator - it looks like any other apartment building of the area. Don't let yourself be discouraged, because the place is excellent. Our apartment was two rooms, simple but spacious and with effective (and nice) decor, good beds, well equipped for breakfast (cereals, biscuits, nutella and "fette biscottate", nespresso and milk, all refilled every day). The windows are well insulated so no traffic noise inside. Very good heating in winter and there's an AC for summer (we were there in December so no need of that, but it looked pretty new). The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and towels. Beds are good and comfortable, the sofa-bed for my 9yo son was as well and he was very happy to sleep there. Nice view from the windows directly on the square. Very, very good service by Tatiana and Michele, we were there on Christmas' eve and we even got a Panettone and Spumante from them. What a delightful surprise! They make you feel at home and relaxed and give plenty of information on the surroundings and the city in general. Good idea to install Whatsapp since that's what is most used in Italy in 2023. :) As of location, a very good one in Milan. The Coin department store is just in front so perfect for some shopping and in classic Milan style there's plenty bakeries, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. The Duomo is a 15 mins walk away, or you can take tramways which bring you everywhere quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely return.

Our large family needed a place to sleep off jetlag. We booked our stay last minute and we're surprised to find ample parking in a garage beneath the building and took an elevator up to the lobby of the accommodation. Francesco was amazingly warm and a delight to speak with. The rooms aren't fancy, but met our needs just fine. We rented two suites to accommodate our family. Each suite had two bedrooms with firm mattresses that were just what our exhausted bodies needed after 24 hours of travel. Each suite also has a kitchenette, complete with a mini fridge and electric burner, microwave, kettle, and dishes. Each suite had a private bathroom complete with shower/tub and sink and toilet. There was ample storage for a long term stay.

Not far away from all ementities on foot. Metro M2, Piola, is near as well, trams are across the road and main train stations fews stops away. Supermarket in the vicinity is 24hrs open. Room was well prepared, cleaning and laundry is fine. Will consider in the future.
