Let me address the most common complaints before the rest: The “smell” and the parking. Regards the smell: maybe it's because I'm European, but there is no murky smell at all! There is a slight smell of old wood which is VERY common in old buildings like this. It's definitely not a bad smell. Anyway, in the main hall and in the rooms the smell does not persist at all, so unless you spend hours walking in corridors I don't think it should bother you at all. There are great parking valet services. We have a baby and we never run into issues with the valet, as they work from early morning to 11 pm so anyway we’re early enough to not worry about it. Overall flawless and convenient parking experience. The building itself is a beautiful, well-preserved classic Floridan mansion. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms might be small in American standard but for us, Europeans, it's the standard size so no complaints. The kitchen is well-equipped, the AC working for good and the bed is comfortable. The pool is heated and fun for the more indoor days, although it's a bit too cold for babies. The location is GREAT, family friendly and laid back beach town. It was our style, but if you prefer more active and bustling areas it might not be the place for you. Overall, a great experience in wallet-friendly prices. We’ll be back if we happen to the area again.

Wonderful older building. Built in 1925. Large heated pool in a beautiful garden. Short walk to the beach. Room was well decorated. I would definitely stay there again. Fantastic.

Everything was perfect! The owner was very kind and provided everything we needed; beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Room was equipped with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, and coffee. Very comfortable bed. Front desk staff was lovely. Definitely a memorable stay!

The Palm Beach Hotel Condumium is a a great place to safe. Well placed, great pool, lovely common relaxing areas. Very well kept and staff friendly and helpful.

The condos were under construction and scaffolding was covering the windows. Building supplies , Debris and dirt were on the scaffolding I was looking out on. I felt like I was in a prison cell. The elevator was noisy along with the drilling and worker noise. The entrance was covered with caution tape and workers. The room itself is tiny..not large enough to have a suitcase Oy and especially not for two people. It was really depressing looking out of the windows which had no window coverings.

Great central location in Palm Beach. Free Valet was very convenient. Publix across the street for groceries. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Good communication with front desk and unit management. Unit as expected from the photos. Great price for the location.

Very nice apartment, in a great location. Very short walk to the beach, and the restaurant area. Very clean and well maintained.
