Cozy apartment with a fine bathroom and lovely little terrace. The pool on site was ideal, but you are also close enough to the beach. Bakery right next door for fresh bread also close to supermarkets and all other facilities you may need including laundry, very friendly staff. Am happy to recommend.

Situated in gardens surrounded by forest, Résidence Goélia La Marina de Talaris is 2 km from the lake and 10 km from the ocean. The residence boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. the receptionist Elise was very helpful and professional and the employees at the restaurant very nice. The restaurant and pool and access to bike paths.

Located in Soulac-sur-Mer, 16 km from Royan and 2.5 from the beach, Résidence Goélia Le Cordouan boasts a sauna and hammam. Saintes is 47 km away. The accommodation features a seating area. We loved that we take the dog and that we had a peace of grass in front our apartment for him. It was clean and quite spacious for just me and my husband. Celine was very pleasant in reception.

We were there at the end of may and it was pretty quiet, pool was nice and the apartment's were close to a few bars and restaurants
