As described, the penthouse has stunning views of the lake, from every room! Very clean and quiet. Perfect for relaxing and not wanting to leave. Our host Luca has always been friendly and helpful in everyway. The lane that leads to the house and parking space is quite narrow, so we parked our car at the nearby church and walked about 5 mins. A very good home-style restaurant 'Pelligrino' is also located there. Will definitely hope to come again. In fact, we booked here twice! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😅

The host Christian is very friendly and takes perfect care of everything in the apartment, it looked impeccable and tasteful, not only convenient but also just a beautiful place which makes the stay there absolutely enjoyable. Christian gave us a lot of useful tips and even though we caught a rainy weekend for our little trip, we managed to make the most of it. The location is great, close to many highlights, good restaurants, walks and hikes are easily reachable within a short drive and of course the view - unbeatable. Would definitely return, thank you!

Lantica Filanda is a pearl located in a small village Cima on the shore of Lugano lake. The apartment is beautifully decorated by small paintings of birds, plants and scenes from rustic life from XVIII century. It has everything you may need and even more. We were allowed to check in earlier for additional 20€ and the owner was waiting for us at 10 a.m. There is a small garden that belongs to the apartment and you can relax close to the lake in summer months. Very nice restaurant La Taverna is just 50 meters away. A small supermarket is close to the restaurant but if you need a bigger one, you have to drive 10-15 minutes. Free parking can be found within walking distance.

Amazing few night stay with the kids. Great location right on the lake, swimming pool and slides were good for the kids. Cabin was lovely and comfy, as well as very clean and great facilities within. Site staff were friendly and onsite restaurant was very nice.

Fantastic views to the lake, dog friendly, very quiet neighbourhood (neighbours were very friendly!), went for great walks up the mountain through the old road - highly recommend! The host was very welcoming and helpful.

the apartment is very clean and smells nice, it has everything you need, the location is very central. it was still winter when we stayed there, so we turned on the pellet stove in the hallway, it was so cosy that we pulled a chair at night next to the stove and drank our wine there instead of the living room. the apartment is very good value for money
