It is situated 400 metres from Parma Train Station and offers a lift. The aparthotel also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. It was so clean and updated. Our breakfast was delicious and the staff that served it wonderful.

I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!

The air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies. Lovely generously sized accommodation, everything you need including a washing machine. The owner very kindly stored three bike boxes in the garage, until our return two weeks later, even though, at time of booking, not surprisingly the accommodation was fully booked. We corresponded to arrange collection of the boxes, as needed to stay somewhere else for the night before our flight home to UK Could not of been easier. Highly recommended, Bologna is such an amazing city and the accommodation excellent. We will be back. Thank you for your kindness and an amazing stay :)

At the aparthotel, all units come with bed linen and towels. We spent a month touring N. Italy. in March 2024. The location of this property is simply unbeatable. Literally. It is a 1 minute walk from Bologna's central piazza with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby. (FWIW it is a 20 min walk from the train station through the main shopping area) We spent 4 nights here with 3 days spent on the various sites in Bologna and 1 day trip to Modena. Bologna is a beautiful city with its many km of porticos and its illustrious university. Known for its cuisine Bologna is not to be missed. Paulo was a gracious and very helpful host. When we go back to Bologna this is where we will stay again.

The house is very well-equipped and the owners were super nice, also very helpful in helping us with supplies specific for our childrens. Location is strategic both for the train station and city center.
