On this private day tour, you’ll learn about the different approaches to creating Bordeaux wines and visit Cognac estates. You’ll head to two vineyards that use varying winemaking techniques and meet the winemakers who will share their passion and family wine secrets.
After visiting both châteaux, you’ll join an oenological workshop to learn how to distinguish between different types of grapes. You’ll also have the chance to blend your own bottle of Bordeaux red. In the afternoon, you’ll visit two Cognac estates – one is an artisan distiller – where the producers will give you exclusive tours of their cellars and distilleries. Your tour will end with tastings of local products at both estates.
