On this trip, you’ll do walking tours of two UNESCO-listed castles and see more of the surrounding area. You’ll go to Cape Coast where you’ll see the castle known for its role in the Atlantic slave trade and explore historical sights like Victoria Park and Forts William and Charles.
After this, you’ll visit the 15th-century Elmina Castle where you can learn more about how the slaves were imprisoned here. You’ll also get to see the fishing harbour, traditional shrines and religious buildings here.
