This is a very nice and very british B&B with the best breakfast imaginable. The rooms are clean, there is free parking just beside the rooms. The best is the service, which is in top, the owner will do everything to make your stay perfect. We will absolutely stay here again, when we pass Hartlepool.

The property was amazing! Everything you could think of needing to take was already there. Beds very comfortable shower amazing and the hot tub an added bonus. The smell when you walk in is lovely and just a clean smell was very welcoming. The tv is huge and great to watch a movie on. The host is very helpful and very accommodating. They give us a late check out also which was a bonus so we could have a lie in before leaving. Will be visiting again

Travelled back to old Hartlepool to be with family and friends for a special occasion and this was the perfect venue. Wonderful open plan space for large families and groups of friends. authentic traditional atmosphere, open fires and large areas for entertaining and fun!

Can't fault this apartment the location is stunning and so peaceful with a great view. The apartment is the nicest I have ever stayed in and had everything you could need during your stay. Fridge stocked with milk, water, bread etc for your arrival and she answered the phone straight away when I couldn't find the entrance. Complimentary early check in and late check out was greatly appreciated. I wish I could visit all the time 10/10

Lovely caravan in a great position, Sea view which was lovely on the sunny day we had. PET FRIENDLY but i took covers for sofas Bed really comfortable and lovely to have an ensuite in a caravan

The views are amazing and the caravan is clean and comfortable for a family. The area has some fantastic beaches and attractions just a short drive away and there are busses out front if you don’t drive. We absolutely love the area, Seaham, seaton, Whitby great for days out. Information provided by the owners was great and everything you could need is provided. Highly recommend this caravan.

My son is autistic and finds it hard to settle places we had a great few days away as a family and he settled great here great spot lovely little extras and he loved watching the boats from the decking on a morning and night with the binoculars my daughter also loved it here we hope to return soon thankyou
