The B&B is directly at the lake and the view is spectacular. Massimo and his team are great hosts and the breakfast is very good. The room is very beautiful and clean, the bathroom was amazing.

The property is amazing, a piece of art. I have book a room on this property only because of this Villa and i had not search anything about the area around, But this was another surprise. We visited with our two dogs and our dogs was totally welcomed as well.

The Host Nicolò is really great and helpful for the arrival, helping for parking the car and assist for the luggages. Appartement rénovation is really great and globally a must and house déco so cute and authentic. Bed is large and very comfortable, All was so clean, room is exceptionnal with private terrasse. To note washing machine for your dressroom

Cosy, comfy, views are amazing. Carla messaged us daily with ideas of things to do. We woke up to the sunrising onto the balcony of our bedroom with a view across the lake. Had Aircon but didn’t need it in April. Walked to the town centre along the lakeside path outside of the property.

The location was wonderful, on Lake Orta with a view of the island; about two minutes walk to main piazza and ferry dock. Modern, tastefully decorated, great appliances, super clean. The hosts where friendly and very helpful with check in/out and car parking. One of the best places I have stayed while on vacation.

The apartment was exceptionally well stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. The best though was the lovely Francesca who quickly booked every request from e-bikes to boats and at a better rate than we could have booked ourselves. She was a joy and made us feel as if we had our own personal concierge.
