The villa is located in a very beautiful place, on a clean street with educated and quiet neighbors. It has large terraces with relaxation spaces and from the terrace you can feel the smell of the sea. The rooms are tall, with large windows and tastefully furnished. When you enter the house, you can feel Italy 😍 in its true sense . The yard is very well-kept, with flowers and trees. At the entrance is a huge magnolia, which blooms beautifully in the spring. The hosts are wonderful, nice and kind, very careful to make sure everything is fine, they offer good directions, from trails and routes to suggestions of good places where to eat. .

The apartment was very, very clean and had everything you needed. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. A large grocery store nearby, within walking distance. It was also an easy walk to Ca’Savio and Treporti.

Quiet, nice room, with great bathroom and view of a local canal and sunsets. Very clean! Great bathroom and shower. Super air conditioning. Safe, secure parking. Walking distance to grocery and local cafe. Good restaurants close by. Easy access to ferry site for Venice. Super cute pets, dogs and cats. No breakfast, but coffee maker and fridge in room.

Tania is a very kind host. She helped us with recommendation of restaurants, shops and beaches.We even received locally produced vegetables. The garden arround the house is beautiful. Super plus for the bikes. We could go everywhere using them. Nice bike routes located in the area, especially for those who loves nature. Venice is also close. The location offers a perfect combination for an active vacation to enjoy culture, nature and beaches.

We had amazing time together with my sister. I highly recommend this nice place. Standard of cleaning is perfect. 🤗 All facilities in room was so nice. An air-conditioning worked perfect.I love electronic blinds outside on windows they make nice darkness even when is so sunny. Small fridge we use for make coold water and few other food. We very appreciate for all hard working staff. Veronica thank you for your warm kindness attention . Rita your advice about use bicycles and beach was absolutely 💯. We feel grateful. We will be memorised this nice beach and Adriatic Sea. Also we very appreciate for food. Breakfast was for us more than enough. it is also option buy dinner. Pizza which did Georgio is delicious 👍🔥 Thank you for all . We felt very comfortable and relax . I am grateful. I will be recommended this Villa Gentile for my family and friends for they holiday.
