This hotel was amazing - as well as the professional, friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, great restaurants and lovely pool area, this hotel has a wealth of history that makes it like a living museum. It is also in the heart of Casco Viejo, walking distance from lots of bars, restaurants and sites.

Everything. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and you will fall in love at first sight. It’s worthy of a James Bond movie. The service is above and beyond. The food was excellent. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The hotel was just as described. It is so lovely and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony, large closets and comfy beds. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. It is in a central area: Casco Viejo is pretty walkable and has great coffee shops and restaurants but we still found the hotel quiet and intimate. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return.

Helpful concierge. Great location on the square with perfect restaurant options downstairs and across the street. From airport , you can take Metro to Cinco de Mayo for $2 pp and then Uber from there for $5, saving $40 taxi ride. Don't walk from Cinco de Mayo stop. Nice views from rooftop. Coffee pot and full fridge in room. Location of condo is in a heavily guarded sector of old city. Very safe.

The apartment was gorgeous and modern, in a perfect location, had a balcony with a cute view of the street, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay (made reservations for welcome drinks, arranged airport drop off, answered questions right away).
