Set beside Lac de l'Abbaye in the Jura Mountains, Hôtel restaurant Spa de l'Abbaye has air conditioning and an à la carte restaurant. Excellent service. Lovely food in the restaurant. Good advice for the wine. Great view of the lake from our balcony, although the weather wasn’t very kind.

The staff were fantastic and helpful and even spoke English to me. The shower was a little on the short side, for me but i am rather tall, but when i asked to change rooms they were able to acccommodate my request. The breakfast was good and served a small variety but quality produce and the restaurant in the hotel served delicious large portions of food.
