I found the standard of this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. The views from my room were amazing. There was a beautiful long walk along the beach, just behind the hotel, which I used most days during my 5 night stay there. The gym is well equipped with great sea views. The subway / metro is just a short walk away and it is very cheap and convenient to get anywhere in the island. The most important asset of this hotel by far, is the amazing staff who work there. They, all, really go out of their way to help in anyway they can. One member of staff is particular which would be unfair not to mention is a beautiful young lady Angel. She is incredibly polite, well mannered, patient, professional, impeccably dressed, knowledgeable and most helpful. Any advice or guidance she provided to me, was very useful and accurate. I owe her immense gratitude for making my stay there a memorable one. Thank you all the staff and Angel in particular. Manochehr

The staff were very helpful. We forgot the payment card in the ATM at the airport and the receptionists helped us to contact the bank and we got our card back. Also Liang Cuihua at the breakfast was very friendly to us and our son. The bed was big and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We stayed at this hotel twice and we really enjoyed it.

The staff members were great, especially the front desk staff. There were also staff members waiting by the main entrance, closing and opening car doors for guests, and were very attentive.

Xiamen'de yer alan Joyze Hotel Xiamen, Curio Collection By Hilton, Pearl Halk Plajı'na 500 metre, Zengcuo'an Banyo Alanı'na ise 900 metre mesafededir. we stay at two bedroom suite, the housekeeping did very great they everyday cook different dessert put in a warmer put at our room everynight with a little note make us felt warm after a tired day.... front desk did great too i need outside laundry service they help me to find and contact. i like everything about this hotel for sure will stay again if i got chance to travel to xiamen again.
