Set beside Lac de l'Abbaye in the Jura Mountains, Hôtel restaurant Spa de l'Abbaye has air conditioning and an à la carte restaurant. We stayed in the new addition which was comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the lake.

The staff were fantastic and helpful and even spoke English to me. The shower was a little on the short side, for me but i am rather tall, but when i asked to change rooms they were able to acccommodate my request. The breakfast was good and served a small variety but quality produce and the restaurant in the hotel served delicious large portions of food.
