Such a warm and cosy environment and you can witness a beautiful sunrise on a clear day. All amenities are catered for. The heating was on at regular intervals and the bath and shower was always hot. Having a dishwasher was also a great help. Donna was so lovely and never really heard her other than bumping into her one day. I hope to be back one day

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was much better than I was expecting. Food and drink in the pub were good. The breakfast was very good value and the scrambled eggs were perfect.

Tina greeted me with a warm welcome and milk for me brew (more important to a northerner than fresh air). Definitely recommend and I look forward to my next visit.

HK Rooms - Self Catering Rooms is located in Lowestoft, a few minutes walk to the sandy beach, 5 minutes to Lowestoft Harbour and 40 minute drive from Sizewell Power Station.

Our rooms are provided on a self catering basis with private bathrooms. All of the rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with freeview channels. Breakfasts were very good, and catered for my allergy requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice glimpse of the sea. I would say that the hotel is located in the the nicer part of Lowestoft (and the beach is beautiful sand). The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
