The emerald hills that provide bestiful virws of the coastal towns of very proximal toens of Zarautz, Getaria, Orio. Vary quiet, pastoral ambient and nights. Cozy, personal attention.l from manager and dining room personnel. Anple clean rooms and bathrooms with very comfortable beds. Good homemade food for all meals. Great value for all hosting and location benefis provided.

Excellent location close to restaurants and bars. Easy access via the lift to the 2nd floor. very quiet so a great nights sleep and the rooms and en-suite were super clean and comfortable.

This building architecture is what caught my attention. The photos of the interior of the building reveals finishes that you rarely find in new builds. The finishes in natural wood, the balcony that opens to a beautiful view where you are a few steps away from a market and a great bakery/Cafe where I started my day sampling the local specialties. The bathroom is extra large, which is such a nice feature. My experience with the staff was that they went way beyond normal hospitality to ensure that my stay was a great experience. One of the best ways for me to get my personal view across is to say that I have booked a second night stay here. I'm using it as a rest day to take a break from hiking my Camino de Santiago and to enjoy staying centrally in Zarautz. This location is so much nicer because you are staying where the locals are, vs only seeing the main tourist side of things. You get a better feel for the Basques. Tbe bakery café had me try several pastries that were specific to the Basques. This enhanced my experience. So I would say that if you want to truly experience this town, and the architecture, then this location gives you that plus more.
