We had a wonderful room, and Anne was very helpful. She accommodated us for a bit later arrival so that we could have dinner in Edinburgh. The BnB is conveniently located: close to Edinburgh and the airport and Lindisfarne as well as various gardens isn't far away either. All worth a visit! Anne gave us several recommendations, which we couldn't follow up on due to time limitations. :-)

No complaints about the facilities if you needed to cook for yourself or any washing as full use of modern kitchen. Bedroom was spotless also shower room it was on small side but everything you needed. Communal sitting room if you wanted . This accommodation is suited more for younger guests but we were comfortable enough and room was warm if you wanted.

Never got a chance to stay here. Made and paid for reservation 5 months in advance to be told the day of arrival that the room was double booked. Blaming booking.com for the error. Moved to a crappy room in west musselburgh and told the price was the same. Do not book a room here. Dishonest & zero accountability.

The best place in musselburgh to stay in. Very clean tidy and amazing host. Alice will make sure you’re feeling welcomed and at home. We took a large room with multiple beds. Amazing view. Great breakfast and very close from shops. If you like to walk it’s 30 min to the train station or down the street for a bus ride.

Amazing place in an absolutely stunning location, the views are unbelievable! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was beautiful also. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again, would like to stay longer and sample the spa facilities next time.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.
