Lovely, clean villa with lots of facilities. Fab pool with ample sun beds and seating areas. 3 en-suite bathrooms and 1 extra plus a small games room with bar football and darts. It has everything you need really. Peaceful location on the river, but with easy access to Dubrovnik via local buses which are very frequent. Some excellent restaurants nearby.

The location of this place is IDEAL if you want to visit Dubrovnik for an entire day. It's very close by car, just a 10 minutes drive away. The rooms are clean, neat and kept very well. It's quiet in that area so you can enjoy a peaceful time in the evening in their garden. The hosts are so nice and friendly! I only wish we stayed longer than one night but we were on a roadtrip around the Balkans. I'll be sure to visit again! :)

I arrived late but the host was very responsive & accommodating. Talked me through self check in which was so helpful after my 10 hour flight from the US. The apartment was beautiful with a nice hot shower, cool AC, a great workspace, comfortable beds and Netflix. Host provided excellent recommendations even the schedule for the bus that’s stops a 3 minute walk from the door and runs every 15 minutes. The bus takes you directly to the old town. Nearby there is a beautiful view of the river. I extended my stay a few days and was even granted a late check out. Highly recommend. Would come again!

Simple room but great for my stay next to the Croatian border. The best of all was the friendly owner who made me coffee next morning. He didn't speak much English but we had a nice conversation. Just 10 mins from Dubrovnik, don't get expensive hotels there, stay here instead.

The apartment was clean and in good condition. The restaurant that it is below the apartment was also very affordable and the food was good. The bus stop that goes to Dubrovnik old town is within walking distance (Takes around 40-50 mins depending on the traffic). Also there is a small bay nearby very picturesque and quiet even in August.

Marija was very friendly and ready to help us with tip for the city 👌 the room has everything you want ,hairdryer, iron, kitchen ,waschmaschine and the most clean i ever were ! Bus station is across the road and in 10 minutes you re in the city center from early morning till midnight. Thank you Marija!!! Best regards

Cozy and friendly apartment. Staff were great and always helpful. The apartment is located on a top of an hill with great views from Dubrovnik from 2 min walking. Pretty suitable to 6 people.
