Location is excellent especially if you plan to do some shopping as it is few minutes away by walk from Maximo shopping mall.The owner of the B&B is Very friendly & helpful.The room was clean & spacious,Upon our checkout which was very early in the morning, the owner woke up earlier than usual to prepare the breakfast for us.This was very much appreciated although we told him not to bother about the breakfast as we could have had coffe and something to eat at the airport but he went out of his way ,he even helped us to carry our luggages down stairs while we took the elevator with the big luggage.Thank you so much,will see you again for sure.

The accommodation is pleasant, in a quiet area, ideal if you need to park for free in a safe place (there is a police station right across the street). There is an excellent café around the corner where you can have a cup of coffee and sweets every morning. However, it is open until evening. It is easy to reach the Basilica San Paolo metro station or the Trastevere terminal bus station. The owner is a pleasant, friendly and helpful man, everything works great, the room is clean and the bathroom as well. There is a garden available where you can sit if the weather is nice. I definitely recommend it.

Room very well located with easy way to/from airport. Many shops in walk distance or by bus (bus stop less than 2 minutes). Great idea with door codes was great and very convenient. In room much space for private stuff, very comfortable bed, SmartTV, small fridge, A/C. Private bathroom with access from corridor is also very convenient . Cheap and Very tasteful italian breakfast with cup of perfect coffee... Mmmm...
