The room was spacious, beautifully and tastefully furnished with a terrace overlooking the valley. The wine and champagne glasses added a special touch to a fridge, modern coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. The entire house and garden were gorgeous. Our car was parked inside an electric gate. Our very friendly hosts served a great breakfast with fresh fruit and yoghurt. They offered eggs and toast which we did not want. They gave great advice about hiking and sightseeing in the area. The house is located a few kilometres away from Guardiagrele, but within reach of many sights.

The location was great. Just outside the old city walls. A 5 minute walk. Parking at the property available. The bed was very comfortable and the room has a good air-conditioning system.

Calm and cosy house. Secure location to store my bike as I was bikepacking (very big plus). Konstantino was a very nice host and always available in case of questions. As I arrived late he was so kind to drop me off and pick me back up from the restaurant. Thanks a lot!

The owner was extremely kind and accommodating, as were all the staff. We were surrounded with extraordinary attention. The room was very comfortable, with everything you need. The place has its own dining room and restaurant. The food (dinner and breakfast) was plentiful and extremely tasty, including local specialties. The owner helped us with parking. He offered us additional pleasant experiences by taking us to a panoramic terrace under the stars. He also recommended additional places of interest in the region for us to visit. The breakfast was served in a very pleasant room, with plenty of choice, including some delicious cakes. Antonella was very welcoming and I very much enjoyed the theme with all the different gnomes. The room was lovely, and the temperature was comfortable as when we stayed it was 32 degrees outside and it was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay and I would recommend it to others.
