The property has been exceptionally well maintained. We loved everything about it. The swimming pool, the rooms, food, spotlessly clean and super friendly owners. We felt really comfortable and spoiled by the owners. We were with 2 kids and they also loved it, swimming pool has been also safe for them. There are also trips that can be arranged for you and hammam. I also had massage and pedicure arranged by the lady owner. All in all if you are looking for a relaxing stay and being spoiled in relaxing spotlessly clean atmosphere but close to Essaouira this is the place for you. Can’t recommend highly enough!

A mix of charm, style and comfort ! Great attention to detail from the superbly kept gardens to the immaculate service. Le Jardin des Douars is a little gem and is managed like a well oiled machine. Delicious + scrumptious diner served (for adults) in beautiful Moroccan style decorated room. Two pool areas (one for adults only) surrounded by lush vegetation and palm trees. Deserves all its accolades top grade establishment.

It's outside the city so it's very quiet,only a 10 min drive to Essaouira,lovely pool,easy to find.

Dour Noujoum is set outside Essaouira about 5-6 km. It is set out beautifully with a natural pool filtered by the reed beds and fountains. It is clean and was lovely to swim with dragon flies going overhead and to see turtles in the reeds. Rooms we stayed in were large with separate seating area. Breakfast was nice and enough to keep us going all day. Spa / massage available and the ladies in our party loved this. Staff were helpful.

If you are looking for some peace and quiet in exceptional accommodation, Atlantis 12 is the place to be. The welcome and hospitality of the hosts are unforgettable for us. The sleeping room, the sitting area with a small fireplace and the bathroom are very tastefully and beautifully decorated. This also applies to the beautiful and spacious common rooms. Thus, we felt extremely comfortable in the generously laid out property, also, or just because of the very friendly dogs and cats. The incomprehensibly negative assessment of the guest Hans regarding the accommodation is therefore absolutely incomprehensible to us. It is true that the access road to Atlantis 12 is a bit bumpy... but the term "off-road" is pure nonsense... for someone in possession of a driving licence, this should be manageable.
