We booked rooms 1, 2, 3, and 4 and as such we had the run of the place. My group had both bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas just for us. This was a great benefit. I'm not sure how it would be to share the place. The place was clean and the owners were super friendly. The breakfast was over the top.

The location is only 5 minutes from the city center (by car) and yet just next to a lake and lots of trees. I also like that the place is quiet and has elevator.
