Gull on the Bay Boutique is a stunning place. The comfort and tranquility was exceptional. Our host, Brian, is an amazing person who genuinely shows interest in his guests and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Brian made our stay feel like we were at home and not at a guest house. I've been too many guest houses before and our host at Gull on the Bay, Brian, is the best host. Thank you for everything you did Brian.

Birkenhead is situated just 450 metres from the white, sandy Blouberg Beachfront. This guest house features a pool, sun terrace and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Rob was a great host and the breakfast was good! The location was perfect for my daily kite trips and close to Dolphin Beach and restaurants. I felt really like home at Rob's place and will certainly come back.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms with balcony or patio. Beautiful seaview from lounge and breakfast room and some of the guest rooms. Nice and quiet location and with restaurants on easy walking distance. Good honesty bar. One of the best breakfasts in South Africa! Mabel who has been working at the guesthouse for many years is extremely service minded and helpful! Love her pancakes! Have stayed at Sir David many times and can highly recommend this guesthouse!

Steffi and Volker made my stay, they are super hosts! They deserve a 10+ rating for their hospitality. Upon arrival they told me about the nice activities, restaurants, etc. I had to work so Volker installed a home office with desk and even European power outlet. I stayed in the studio, which was super nice to stay long-term (2 weeks) if you’re a solo traveller.
