Breakfast is available every morning at Waldruhe. we stayed for one night. the hosts were super friendly and nice. we had studio apartment. The rooms were nice & clean, bed was very comfortable, and the view from room was amazing ! The breakfast was delicious & the location was very quite! we will come for longer stay next time.

It is incredible value for the room that you are given - we had so much space for two people and with the kitchen we could make ourselves drinks. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the room really comfortable.

As it was off-season for tourists, I was the only traveller in the hotel during my stay, but the manager was still very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well organised and delicious! The manager prepared an extra croissant for me every day after learning that I like croissants. The shower gel in my room was taken away by a previous guest and the manager replenished it with two, lent me a hairdryer and provided me with extra pillows on request. If you are planning a trip to Château-d'Oex or Montreux, I highly recommend staying at this good value hostel. I will be coming back very soon!
