What stood out was the extremely good service - late arrival by plane was accommodated with taxi pickup at the airport who could give us the keys to the property, then the manager stayed in contact with us on whatsapp until 1am and from 5am to inform us about the latest ferry schedule for the 7am ferry, all proactively without us asking for this, which allowed my family to sleep 1h longer in a very short night. Rooms and location are excellent value for money as well.

Robert made our experience unique! He gave us all the best tips of the island because he knows it really well and he made a personal tour with us! He was adorable and made everything easy for us, from the kite surf lessons to the scuba diving and the restaurants! One day we went fishing in his boat! The apartment is very comfortable and the terrace is amazing, the location is perfect because everything is near and walking distance! Getting to visit Sal with Robert it is a must, is an experience you can not have in any other apartment or hotel. We are coming back for sure

New one bedroom apartment with kitchenette, living area and wrap around balcony. Minimally furnished but with everything I needed. Tiled flooring. A safe for valuables. Great location to access beaches and the town. I felt very safe walking back in the evening. Great sunbathing deck with sea views and a small pool to cool off.

It was more like a stay with friends. Though I stayed for only one night, there was still enough time to feel charm of the place and warmth and friendliness of the hosts. Room and bathroom were comfortable, everything was very new and clean, the place is very quiet and felt very safe. Sleeping was of the best quality. Breakfast was excellent, too.

The owner Isabel helped me a lot of to organize my travel in Cabo Verde. Thank you Isabel. The room and the bed was big and very comfortable. The common bathroom is very clean. Espargos is an excellent place to discover the island Sal, the Blue Eye an the Salinas de Pedra de Lume are very close. For a next time visit I would take Rooming house without any hesitation.

Aia ja merevaatega külalistemaja Le Châtelain on hiljuti renoveeritud hommikusöögiga majutusasutus, mis asub Santa Marias, 1,5 km kaugusel Praia da Ponta Pretast. Lovely house, clean and well-maintained in a neighborhood of similar houses/apartments a 10 minute drive (free shuttle bus) from the center of Santa Maria. The owner is a lovely, kind person whose sincere wish to make one's stay pleasant shines through. Being able to cook and eat on the beautiful, shaded patio was a welcome plus. Pool is a 1 minute walk, beautiful beach is a 7 minute walk.
