Bernadete was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Our daughter forgot her retainers in the room; after contacting Bernadette the next day, she was very quickly able to locate them and sent them to our country while refusing to get paid for the postage cost that I offered. Thank you for all your help, you have saved us a big headache! If we ever come to Ireland again, we will be happy to stay in the Dales again.

The breakfast was lovely and Sue went above and beyond to facilitate our requirements. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen felt really nice.
