Wonderful terrace and a drying rack for our clothes. A washing machine was also on site and perfect for us to do a quick load of clothes. Everything about this stay was perfect.

We have stayed at other places in Hout Bay but this is definitely our favorite which is why we now keep coming back.

Bluemari is a very special place. The Gueshouse has been designed and furnished with excellent taste to a very HIGH standard. There are lovely areas for guest use including a solar heated pool with longer & seating areas, lounge etc The breakfast was absolutely fantastic; a great selection of fresh fruits, homemade muesli, cheese & cold meats, and freshly made bread. And a selection of delicious hot dishes. The Host was very charming and accommodating. And gave us excellent advice on good local restaurants, attraction etc. It scores 10 out of 10 We will be back!!

The property features mountain and quiet street views, and is 2.7 km from Hout Bay Beach. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Super service and lovely host, the layout and interior creates an amazing ambience overall, delicious breakfast, great choice of wine from their little cellar. One of its kind!

The bed and breakfast is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette comes with an oven, a microwave and a toaster and there is a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This was a perfect place to stay. Really nice apartment, well-equipped, there was everything one could need. Perfect location in Hout bay, close to restaurants (like Wharfside Grill and Restaurant - food is really tasty and the view is nice), when you take a shortcut in between the houses, it´s like 5 mins at max. The code for the lock is provided by the owner, and it´s also written in the manual to the apartment. Jeannine is really kind, and the communication with her was without any problems at all. Also close to the Birds Sanctuary in Hout Bay and "seal island" - go there by a boat, it´s cheap (5-6 euro), you´re gonna sail like 50 mins, and there are seals, which is nice. Close to the apartment is also Nelson Mandela gallery - it´s a really interesting place - his paintings are available only on 3 places in the World - Cape Town, London and New York - so it´s surely worth to see it. I surely recommend this apartment.
