What a lovely place to stay. Claudia could not have been more accommodating. The room was clean and comfy, I felt so welcome, breakfast was delicious and I could not recommend this place more highly. Just fantastic.

The property is incredible! Beautiful view (and from everywhere you have a remarkable view), the rooms were very big and comfortable, house was warm and cosy even cold outside, Jesus was super helpful and available. We had such a wonderfull stay!

In short, this was the best accommodation we experienced in our ten year family holiday history in this country! Located in the hills above the wine yards with a breathtaking view (even when swimming in the pool!) over Setubal peninsula to Lisbon and Sintra. The rooms are large, feature modern equipment, comfortable beds and stylish bathrooms. The common use kitchen is large and has absolutely everything you need for cooking. The fridges are regularly filled by the owners with water, beer, wine and you will find more … This brings me to owners and managers Miguel and joaquim. We never felt as guests but rather their friends or even visiting relatives. Extremely friendly, kind, caring and welcoming. Many thanks to you and the team in Restaurante Dona Isilda.

The staff were all so friendly and kind. The property was simple but had everything we needed. The location is quiet. There was a very friendly donkey 🫏 in a nearby field who enjoyed getting scratches. We coordinated to arrive after midnight and there was someone waiting for us to let us in and get us settled.

Located in a quiet residential area and close (1 km) to Palmela train station. Travel time to Lisbon by train approx. 50 min. Really easy to get to from the airport, and the gardens are stunning - perfect if you have young children as they're completely secure. The pool is HUGE, even bigger than it looks in photos and we got so much use out of it. The house itself is brilliant - plenty of space and stunning features. The hosts were so welcoming & couldn't have done enough for us. All in all an incredible villa - don't hesitate to book it!
