Beautifully restored with touches of the previous convent throughout. Rooms are well appointed, very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to sights. Dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant were delicious.

Very rich breakfast. The location is phenomenal, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, everything is close. Staff very friendly, always at your service, whatever you need they will help you. A glass of wine as a welcome is a phenomenal gesture.

The hotel upgraded our room to a big, bright corner room looking at the plaza. It was very clean and very close to the old town center. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Excellent location, superb overall

We stayed at the suite which exceeded our expectations. A very comfortable room and extra large bed, TV opposite the bed with Netflix (you need to log in with your account), very good noise insulation, huge bathroom, very central location. The common areas are very cosy, the breakfast is continental and delicious (croissants and other pastries, juices, yoghurt, cereal, bread, cheese, ham, jams etc). The staff was very helpful and pleasant - we even received a message that our room was ready earlier, so we managed to have an early check-in. The coffee and cake corner available is an extra touch. We loved it so much that we decided to stay for another night!

Really nice location and comfortable room were the best part of this accommodation. Staff was also really welcome and helpful whenever needed. Definitely a great place for the cost. I would be gladly to go back again.

My goodness....best hotel by far. I loved the hospitality, the free gift i got in my room...the services, the large enough size of the room, free drinks in my room...new and clean beddings and sheets, proximity to everywhere. I have already recommended to a friend and will surely comeback!!

The location is great, we can walk to metro, tram, restaurants and city center easily. The staff were very friendly and go out of their way to help with any questions and recommendations. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
