The apartment is very new, clean, and comfortable. It was very easy to self check-in. The room was very comfortable, and it was also furnished with soap and shampoo for the shower and coffee with creamer. These were nice little touches. The bed is also very comfortable, and the apartment is on the same level as a very nice exit to the rooftop where there are grills and places to sit and relax. The apartment also has a very suitable gym with all the core machines (dumbells, a bench, cable machine, cardio equipment) you need to keep up your fitness while away. This apartment was totally worth it, and I would 100% stay again. The location is very close to down-town too and just around the corner from the Tacoma Art Museum and the U of Washington Tacoma campus.

The location was perfect for our planned activities -- a visit to the W.W.S. Botanical Conservatory, Broadway Antique Row, and the Farmers Market Gala. And I could see that it would also be perfect for concerts and/or stage performances. Gives me lots to consider. But mostly I enjoyed every one of my interactions with staff members. The front desk staff, random staff members we met in the hallway or elevator, the wait staff in the restaurant -- all were gracious, helpful, and charming.

Excellent experience! Very clean and has everything you'll need. Washer/Dryer, regular fridge, drip coffee maker, paper supplies, large screened TVs, beautiful floors, etc. Thank you for helping make this trip an awesome experience. Keyless entry is wonderful!

I liked the place, it had lots of bending, things where clean yard was fenced. Only thing that was bad is the amount of tiny ants. But most people from Washington know about sugar ants. They did have out bait. But there still seems to be a lot.
