A very welcoming atmosphere that was clean and visually appealing. The room was very tidy and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I did not get a chance to eat at the hotel, although I wish I had. I will certainly make an effort to come back and stay at this hotel again.

It was fun to see the accommodation. Super cosy bed. Quiet and restful. I thought the breakfast was good and the dining area bright, well organised and cheerful. We had a friendly reception and the bathroom while not luxurious, met our needs.

I stayed in Motel Miami on my way east from Montréal to New Brunswick, with my doggie.
Lise and Michel are such lovely and attentive motel owners.
They live on-site, and have run the motel for many decades.
The room was very clean, pretty, and well-equipped.
There is lots of parking right out front. Parking lot and building are very well-lit.
There is grass beside the building to take dogs to do their business.
They offer laundry services for a very reasonable price...less expensive than a laundromat and much more convenient!
I couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay, and I will definitely be back!

The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice seating area with an electric fireplace in the room as well. I got to practice my French with the owner who was very helpful in showing sites and restaurants on a map of the city. It was very quiet at night.

It is a quiet town that is beautifully kept with quaint homes. It's nice to walk through. The Jardin des Lilas in the middle of town is wonderful for a relaxing walk. We noticed that la Route Verte runs through Bécancour. We enjoyed our meal at the Pub du Cochon Fumé and found everything we needed at the Shell/Couche-Tard station. We visited the Parc régional de la Riviere Gentilly while we were there for hiking and fishing which is a gem for nature lovers. The Becancour (Rive Sud and Mauricie) area is chockful of nature parks and historical places to visit and they are all easy to get to.
Traveling with three teen/adult children, we loved the suite with the Murphy beds. Everyone enjoyed the Espace Aqua-Détente! Robes are plush, pools are heated to perfection. We also enjoyed the saunas and the gym. The restaurant was delicious. We ate one breakfast there. We used this hotel as a midpoint from airport in Montreal and sightseeing in Quebec. We did not have a chance to hang out in Balzac Pub but it looked like a fun space.
I was completely taken by surprise at this beautiful establishment. Far exceeded what I was expecting. Truly a warm, comfortable, welcoming place to stay. Beautiful decor, a lovely guest sitting room looking out onto lovely garden area. We had dinner at the restaurant (part of this hotell) and it was truly a goumet meal. This is a real treasure and I highly recommend not only stay but experience the amazing food in the dining room.
The room was comfortable, quiet and clean.
The customer service at the front desk was excellent. Our car needed servicing before we could continue with our travels, and the front desk attendant at the hotel recommended a garage in the area that was able to fix our problem within the hour for a reasonable price, and provided great service. We were grateful for this guidance.
Although classed as a hotel, it looked like a motel ... but once inside it offered the drive up to the room with ability to use the internal corridor to the reception area and, more importantly, the excellent pub.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and tidy, the wifi was useful.

On our cross Canada trip this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at ! Set in a beautiful little French hamlet its a little out of the way but is also very quiet. Room was top notch, bathroom was excellent and we had a great dinner at the attached Pub/Restaurant!
Elegant boutique hotel in a gorgeous village with well-kept traditional Quebec houses and gardens. The restaurant is very good and worth going to even f you are not staying in the hotel.
Looks like a 1 star motel, inside rooms are lovely like a 4 star hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed. All the amenities you’d expect from a high end chain.
