Lovely location, set on the banks of a lake. We were a large family group who rented two of the lodges/apartments on site. Facilities were fantastic, staff were friendly and we ate in the restaurant one of the evenings of our visit too and the quality of the food was great too. No complaints!

Decoy Barn was very homely, bed very comfortable, the staff were super helpful with recommendations and the breakfasts were lovely. The selection of teas, coffees and biscuits in the room was good and we were given fresh milk each day in the fridge.

The Shepherds Hut was a perfect stay for me and my husband. Shower was hot, bed was comfy and Wi-Fi was spot on. The breakfast delivered on both mornings was a-mazing! After the first morning I couldn't wait for it to arrive on the second morning. It was blowing a gale and freezing outside however inside was so cosy and warm - you'd never have guessed. As we were only down for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding which took up majority of our time - we never got to use the hot tub! :( Wish we had stayed another night! Definitely on our list to visit for a more leisurely time.
