I so wish we had booked to stay for 2 nights instead of 1.
This guesthouse is in a restricted area, due to its proximity to the Palestine border. On arrival, go to the Visitor Centre and speak to the Police. They will issue you with a pass that enables you to pass the checkpoint and drive down to the guest house. Due to border patrols, you are not allowed to access the River Jordan at night.
There is ample parking and, currently, the whole area is very quiet. (However, the Catholics are building on the adjacent plot, so this might increase the number of tourists.) There were only half a dozen other people staying when we were there, so we almost had the residence to ourselves. Our room has comfortable twin beds and was utterly quiet.
We hadn't realised how far the guest house was from the nearest town and how difficult it was to access the site, so we didn't know where to get dinner. The cooks prepared food for the staff and they kindly provided extra, so that we were able to eat.
The absolute highlight for me was sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over Palestine. It really was rather special and I didn't want to go in to bed.

Good location. Peaceful. Clean. Host Nihad was extremely kind to provide us with a variety of snacks to welcome us. Apologies I didn’t take any photos of the room. Only video of the outside from the balcony.

Overall satisfied. The flat is nice and big, the kitchen and everything else functions well. The resort is pretty, nice big swimming pool with a great view of the Dead Sea and sunsets. Private beach is close and great for swimming in the Dead Sea, every time it was quite empty - from the water we could see the Marriot beach in the distance, it's probably nicer but there were 30ish people in the water while we were alone, a private swimming experience! Overall the location is good - even possible to do day trips to Amman, Madaba, Kerak, As-Salt, .. but see negatives on location.

We were messaged to arrange a time to pickup the keys, and sent directions via Whatsapp (it's a bit tricky to find!). The apartment is absolutely stunning - spotlessly clean, great facilities, everything you'd need for a stay, and a really nice pool. We absolutely loved staying here. The pool table was a good addition too. Secure car parking is on-site.
We used a small supermarket just over the main road from the apartment, and would recommend it in case you need any basics (search for 'dead sea market' on Google). If you want to go in the Dead Sea, we visited the Ramada Dead Sea resort for a day-pass. It's only a few minutes drive away from the property and we'd recommend it - also for the buffet.

This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea.
This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea. There were no places of entertainment for tourists in the city. Of course, being close to the Dead Sea has its advantages. There are many interesting historical sites in the vicinity of this city, which are definitely worth visiting, but since public transport is not available, be sure to consider the lack or inaccessibility of public transport to tourists. That is why it is important that you also rent a car before booking a hotel here, so that you can visit the sights in the vicinity of the city. We applied to a car rental company and were very satisfied with the professional service, and I would like to share my experience with you. If you would like to rent a car, I leave here the phone number of the manager Zaid, he is an expert in his business and will support you unconditionally for car rental throughout Jordan +962797918921

Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa.
Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa. The breakfast was not worth it. I would give it 4 out of 10 for cleanliness, 7 out of 10 for attentive staff, 8 out of 10 for pools and access to Dead Sea. Spa facility 4 out of 10.
But sunset over Dead Sea was 10 out of 10.
Don’t eat at the poolside Aqua Bar.

The town is quite dirty, there is plenty of rubbish on the streets. Options of restaurants is quite limited, although Beit Sweimeh is so good that ypu won't need anything else. Booking reccommended to not move around too much without the guide, although we felt quite safe even on the late evening walk.

The visit to Salt Beach was an exceptional experience for us. The beach was windy and the Israeli Border could be seen towards the horizon. The salt deposits look amazing and it is quite an experience to see the saltiest water body on Earth!

Great location.
Great location. Few meters access to the Dead Sead, free mud and shower facilities. There was the end of Ramazani and they have organized plenty of activities for the children ! The children really love it ! Great place for children generally ! The host very polite and professional, kept goodies for us in the fridge. Reasonable price taking into consideration the facilities, services and the location.
The beach themed pool was unique in the dead sea hotels. The village experience was amazing and we enjoyed walking through the different parts of it. Breakfast was tasty and had variety. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Loved the ability to chat (whatsapp) with a customer relationship manager throughout our stay.
Everything was perfect. The hotel is new, the rooms are very spacious and very clean and you have an amazing view of the Dead Sea. The breakfast is not included in the price, so you have to take it separately and will cost 7 JD per person. There are no markets nearby. Water will be provided from the Hotel for free.
This place is a home away of home, the staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean and fully equipped.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for superior accommodation.

Fantastic staff and great hospitality. Comfortable bed, lovely view onto the pool and the Dead Sea. Very clean room and hotel, fruit plate in the evening, water and exceptional breakfast buffet. Shuttle service to the beach but it’s only a 2 minutes walk down through the property.
Super comfortable room in great hotel with extensive facilities. Out of season the family pool was heated and the surrounding area was a great place to relax. We tried several of the restaurants - all excellent and nothing was too much for the friendly, efficient staff.
In general, the Hilton Hotel is one of the hotels I feel comfortable staying in, whether in the Arabian Gulf or the Middle East... What I liked about my last stay was the suite in which I actually stayed, and I believe no hotel has Such a suite
Beautiful hotel , very elegant and quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, the staff are very helpful and friendly . Special thanks to Mr. Samer in reception for the excellent service .
