Amazing location, amazing staff & very clean - the service is incomparable to any other hotel. The room was big & very spacious.

The room is so clean, the pools are great and most importantly the staff are incredible, especially Rataj, the nicest jordanian ever !

The staff was really nice and kind. The rooms are very big and clean. Breakfast was good. The pool is small but clean and since there weren’t a lot of guests there during our stay we had the pool basically to ourselves.

An excellent hotel with outstanding service, comparable to Swiss hotels in terms of views and cleanliness. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Hassan and Abdul Aziz, in particular, were very helpful. Every thing was perfect

Mass Paradise is a great place at Aqaba. We were well welcomed in the hotel by the staff and the facilities were so great.

BRATUS is the place to stay in Aqaba. This was my second stay at the hotel - and I've already booked the third. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the beds are super comfy. Breakfasts are good, and there's an incredible Italian restaurant downstairs for any other meals. But still, the best thing about the hotel is the staff - everyone is extremely nice and helpful :) Looking forward to my next visit.

This hotel is an example of Jordanien hospitality,early check in late checkout complimentary upgrade fruits fresh brought to my room I have since returned when I was dissatisfied at a 5*resort The staff is absolutely amazing and so accommodating!!!! The location is great and the view from my huge balcony was breathtaking!!!!

The best thing was breakfast. They had a buffet, but the chef cooked an omelette and a crep with chocolate for us too. The staff was very kind, and the room was clean and confortable. It is close to the sea, and the street is special, with local commerces around.
