I had a wonderful stay at Aroma Hotel in Aqaba! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect—very accessible to the shopping complex, beach, museum, fort, and plenty of good restaurants—yet still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty of options to start the day right. Jay recieved us super friendly and in a warm way. A special mention to the chef mumen, who did a truly wonderful job in organizing, serving, and of course preparing such delicious food. Every meal was hot, full of flavor, and felt like it was cooked with genuine love and affection—it really made the experience memorable. Most importantly, I want to thank muhammad, who not only supported us with whatever we needed but also guided us by suggesting wonderful places and restaurants. Trust me, our trip went to the next level because of his suggestions and advice. He took care of us like a brother—always attentive, making sure we were comfortable, and ensuring we had the best possible experience. I am departing Aqaba with lots of good memories and precious moments, only because of him. The stay at Aroma has been a five-star experience for me, and I strongly recommend it. It’s a new property, so a few staff members are still getting trained to the hotel’s style and setup, but you won’t feel any discomfort—they try their best to assist you and make you feel at home.

My stay at the April Hotel was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and everything was exactly as I had hoped. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

A truly wonderful visit! I booked a Bubbles room, and it was absolutely fantastic. All the staff were incredibly polite, and the food was delicious. Everything was amazing!

Great service from the staff, very spacious and clean room. Free parking just outside the hotel. Perfect location with walking distance to the beach and access to a great selection of fast food and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel.

The location was lovely with fantastic views over the sea. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and I think the beds were the most comfortable I've ever stayed in- the pillows were like clouds. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety.

Lovely hotel, room was super comfortable!

We had an exceptional experience at Mass Plaza! We have booked two rooms. The hotel manager has offered us two adjacent rooms which was very handy. Both rooms were very clean and cosy, very spacious, both with balconies. Breakfast was very generous, with variety of food and drinks. Personnel is exceptionally polite and client oriented, ready to help with any question. The location is perfect - close to sea and close to various shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel offers transfers and different guided tours - to Petra, to Wadi Rum and many more. We would highly recommend this hotel for short and long stays.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in Aqaba! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable while the staff is so welcoming and helpful. The location is also perfect being right at the center of the souq. You have the beach and all the necessary near by.
