All the seating areas. There were so many places to sit and relax. The peace and quiet. The landscaping. The hospitality was very good. I felt taken care of by the staff.
I had food poisoning the day prior (not from them, roadside orange juice) and they took care of me.

This property is absolutely AMAZING! We loved every single minute of our short stay, the pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful this Kasbah is!
As soon as you step inside the Kasbah you fell like you are in a castle and when you go outside you find yourself inside a beautiful garden full of orange trees, pomegranate trees, figs tress, palm trees….
The owners of the Kasbah are the warmest and nicest people we encounter in our 3 weeks trip in Morocco!
When we arrived they greeted us with mint tea, fresh dates, almonds and home made cookies. For dinner they served us the best chicken with dates and apple Tajín we had in Morocco!
For breakfast we were spoiled with fruit salad, yogurt, jam, honey, eggs, cream cheese, croissant, baguettes, msemmen, fresh orange juice, coffee, mint tea….
This was by far the best place we stayed in all Morocco!
This Eco-friendly riad is located in the oasis of Skoura, on a 4-hectare farm. Set between the desert and the Atlas Mountains, it offers air-conditioned rooms, a sea water outdoor pool and a hammam.

1- The food: we had the best dinner of our Morocco trip in the Sawadi Lodge. Everything was delicious, including the meal itself, desert, tea, coffee and drinks. The service was top notch- we even took a pic of our waiter Mansour. He is something else.
2- The service: not only during dinner- the host and the staff were on a mission to make sure that every minute was a joy.
3- Rooms: comfortable, pretty, authentic. The hotel grounds have character. There is an appealing swimming pool that we didn't use because of the season.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! Mohamed was so welcoming and friendly and instantly charmed our 3 year old son. The food was incredible; we had breakfast, dinner, and a packed lunch every day. It is a great location for exploring the area, and also the kasbah is a great place to relax and chill out. The rooms are basic and perhaps a bit rustic, but it was perfectly adequate and as expected when traveling in rural Morocco.
