A woman at the front desk went over and beyond to help my friend and I with recommendations. I can't recall her name, but she lived in the US (Houston and Portland) at one time.

Room super clean and comfy, even have a projector in the room. Room is large enough for a group of 5. We had such great experience and definitely come back in the future

Spring Rhapsody Hotel se nachází v dobré lokalitě ve čtvrti West District v destinaci Tchaj-čung. Location is superb, easy access by cab or public transport, we did not encounter any difficulty traveling from Taichung HSR Station by cab, it is located near to WuQuan Train Station too. Great neighborhood as there are many authentic and modern eatery places nearby, nice for street photo shooting too! Front Desk staffs are friendly and helpful, smooth check-in/check-out, they are very attentive by solving problem of the room during our stays too. Despite the lift lobby is a little distanced from the Main Lobby, but there is a security room right opposite the lifts which is really safe, and we can reach FamilyMart convenient shop (quite a big branch) within short walking-distance which located just right at the corner of the building ground floor. Will return and stay in future for our next Taichung trip, keep up the good work!

Great location, attentive and helpful staff, spacious room with great views, spotless clean. High quality amenities were provided. We arrived with a rental car, parking was easy and secure in hotel's own garage. Convenience stores, restaurants and fully-fledged shopping malls within short walking distance. Hotel's own bakery looked delicious, wanted to try, but we ran out of time. In sum, everything was great, highly recommend and would definitely want to come again.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot. Sparkling clean, high-tech, beautiful, brand new facilities, helpful and attentive staff, luxurious amenities. Breakfast options were very plentiful and delicious. Good location too, only a few minutes by foot from Jiaoxi Transfer Station. The balcony onsen (mountain view option) was absolutely wonderful. So clean, peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view. I did not even want to put on music, as at night you hear a chorus of crickets and other sounds of wildlife from the surrounding mountains.
