Location is good. Time Squares is not behind the corner, but within walking distance, like the metro stop. It is true that at night the area might look a bit sketchy, but apart from a couple of harmless noisy drunks, we didn’t have problems.

From the beginning staff was very into providing a very pleasant and comfortable stay, every question was answered patiently and enriched with details, request for additional exchanges of towels were regarded no problem.
The room we booked (3 adults from one family) was sufficient for ur needs as we just used the hotel room for sleeping, I guess regarding working guests with need for more space it would be not spacious enough rsp. there was a lack of additional opportunities for storage.
Room was clean and cleaned everyday, furniture a bit run-down, but well mantained.
