We never got there on the 19th we had car problems and called to see if we could move out date 1 day for check in. They said sure but we would not get a refund or a reduced rate. I had to pay for both rooms full price. And booking.com was no help we did check it out the place the next day the pool was disgusting and the desk person completely rude.

Stayed here due to close proximity to St Joseph’s hospital (my son was having surgery). When we entered the lobby it was very clean, and the desk attendant was very friendly! Everything was clean in our room and the pillows were very comfortable.
