I can’t say enough about this lovely hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff was so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make our anniversary celebration memorable, leaving Champagne and Chocolate in our room- The chocolate was divine! The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable and beautifully decorated.The location is perfect as it is just off a side street near to the main square. Much quieter! We unfortunately did not get to dine in the restaurant due to other plans, and now regret it. We did make it to the bar for a pre dinner cocktail and the selection is amazing and unusual! I was introduced to a gin produced from olives which made a scrumptious Gin and Tonic! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend The Heritage when visiting Bruges.
