beautiful house warm and welcoming great location greeted by the owner given early check in to accommodate the 2 babies we had as well as a high chair and gates being fitted the welcome basket was a lovely surprise

It was quiet, clean and just perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway from all the noise and madness. Perfect for couples, wouldn't take kids nothing there for them. Only couple of things were bed wasn't too comfortable and there is no gate in the back so was worried the dog would run off however that's it. The site manager greeted us when we got there and we had a issue with the back door not locking it was sorted in minutes, so peaceful and relaxing. We will 100% book again.KristinaYoung couple

The washrooms were clean and well-maintained. The location is just 15 mins walk from York Station and 25 mins walk to the centre but I didn't find that a problem.
