The very beautiful house in an old style located in an amazing and picturesque place. Very polite and helpful owner. Very good place to have a wonderful time with peace and quiet and also very good place to go sightseeing all of Tuscany.

We loved our stay at San Fillipo. The rooms, the view, the service, the hospitality, everything was beyond amazing. Great scenic view. Breakfast was decent. Pool area is very well organized. The Villa is close to local villages so everything is just a small drive away. I would recommend renting a car to explore Tuscany at your own pace. Claudio, who took care of us during our stay was so welcoming and kind. We were very impressed by the quality of service. If you are looking for an intimate stay with a great view then look no further. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much making our trip to Tuscany very memorable Claudio!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The area is very quiet but close to the nearby Tavernelle and easy to explore Chianti. The house felt like home away from home, very well equipped and comfortable (bed is amazing).

It was a perfect stay at the heart of Tuscany/Chianti; historic and rustic but comfortable; really quiet and beautiful surroundings. Anna is a very lovely host, she was most helpful with everything. The stay can be combined with the winery visit to Fattoria Casa Sola that was also very interesting. Highly recommended. Also visit the Michelin-guide restaurant La Toppa in the nearby village San Donato in Poggio.

Comfortable, well equipped, very clean rooms. We all loved staying there. My daughter is already asking when we will go there again. And the restaurant: great Tuscany food. Florentine steak to die for. Katia and her team make you feel welcome. It was like a family reunion dinner. One thing though. If she says steak size enough for you, believe me you will want a bigger one even though you are fully stuffed.

In real the place is even nicer than in the pictures. The apartment is spacious with everything you need. Comfortable bed in the bedroom and extra bed for additional person. Beautiful views as the property is located on the hill. Great location - close to most of the must-see places in Tuscany. The owners prepared the information book with detailed information starting from emergency phone numbers and even short descriptions about the places in Tuscany, shopping, and designers :) Highly recommended!
