This is a beautifully remodeled flat in a lovely old building in the midst of an agricultural area. The flat has sophisticated in-floor heating which is so comfortable in nippy weather. The kitchen is top-notch and there is lots of room. Seriously the flat is large enough for full-time living.

It is beautifully decorated and covered with a large roof. There is also a common area with a washing machine and ironing board, iron, etc. The surroundings are well kept up, as well. The apartment was large, very comfortable withe a well equipped kitchen and a balcony. It was very peaceful, no noise at night. The hostess, Tania was extremely welcoming and helpful, the power went away on Easter Sunday and even that day she had someone out within a few hours to fix the wiring.

It was everything I had hoped for! An old and beautiful house situated in a large quiet park. The pool was clean and big and always open for a refreshing dip. The house is situated in the heart of Umbria making everything very accessible. The room was big and very clean, had everything we needed. There is a very good restaurant, Boca, in the park. But, what made this stay so special was our hostess! She was so kind, attentive and helpful. Two of the nights we had home-cooked dinner in the garden - in an amazing atmosphere. We will definitely return when coming back to Umbria and next time we’ll be staying longer.
