Staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests that we may have had. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Exceptional location allowed us the privilege to walk to sightsee and visit much of what this beautiful city has to offer… we even walked to the opera in our Sunday best (with a stop for dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant recommended by outstanding concierge team at the Almanac). The hotel is beautiful and magestic with a bit of a modern flair. The restaurant has lovely breakfasts and lunches (we didn’t experience dinner). The room is extremely comfortable and the bed heavenly. We can’t wait to return, it is definitely our recommendation when visiting Vienna.

Clean room with everything you need, a very comfortable bed, free coffee and water. The location was also great - though not near to the city center, the metro station is literally in front of the hotel which makes it extremely easy to move around. Staff were helpful and great to us :)
