The hotel staff was very efficient and helped with every question, they explained everything I asked and beyond that they took the initiative to constantly give me recommendations on places and the roads and were very, very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at InterContinental Baku. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, and the quality of the essentials and toiletries exceeded expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Baku, within walking distance of the Old City, Nizami Street, major shopping malls, and Sahil. I highly recommend staying here. A truly top-notch experience!

The staff were exceptional from the reception to the spa and the restaurant all staff went above and beyond to ensure they were offering the best service. The rooms were large, spacious and clean.
